Moussa Faki Mahamat réélu à la présidence de la commission de l'union africaine

En marge des travaux de la 34è session de la Conférence des chefs d'État de l'Union Africaine, où le président congolais Félix Tshisekedi a officiellement pris la ses foncions, Moussa Faki Mahamat a été réélu au poste de président de la Commission de l'Union Africaine pour un nouveau mandat de 4 ans.

Il a obtenu 51 voix sur 55 des Chefs d'Etat africains.

Le tchadien Moussa Faki, la soixantaine révolue est arrivé en 2017 et va donc remplier jusqu'en 2025.

Dans la foulée, la rwandaise Monique Nsanzabaganwa a également été élue vice-présidente de la commission.
